Prohibited Practices Policy

By using Tise, you agree not to engage in the practices outlined below. We have absolutely no tolerance for objectionable content and/ or abusive behaviour.

Activity on Tise is required to follow this policy, the Terms of Service, any other policies applicable to Tise users and all applicable laws, as well as respect the rights of third parties. If it doesn't, Tise may take action consistent with applicable laws and the Terms of Service, and may even be legally required to do so. Such actions may include, as an example only: hiding or removing your listings, issuing a warning, restricting your account or activity and/ or permanent suspension of your account.

Prohibited listing practices

Listings can't include images or descriptions of anyone under 18 in any compromising or inappropriate situation, even if there's no sexual intent. All minors shown in images must be fully clothed.

Tise does not allow the following practices:

• the advertisement of services;
• the mass re(sale) of identical products, multi-level marketing or network sales, and drop shipping;
• the movement of transactions off of Tise; and
• the use of trade promotions, competitions, giveaways, or raffles to sell items.

Misleading, fraudulent, or illegal practices

When listing on Tise, you must always comply with our policies relating to listings and describe items honestly, provide accurate photos, set a clear price and state any return terms.

You assume full responsibility for the content of the listing and the item offered. You may not engage in the following practices:

• listing, selling or shipping illegal, dangerous, infringing, counterfeit, or otherwise prohibited items;
• listing, selling or shipping stolen property or items with altered or removed serial numbers;
• promoting or facilitating illegal activity;
• violating trade sanctions or export controls;
• misusing intellectual property (including others' photos, text, trademarks);
• shipping hazardous items in violation of law or carrier rules;
• misrepresenting items, condition, authenticity, prices, shipping costs, shipping origin/timelines, or your identity;
• failing to ship items you sell, fail to pay for items you buy, or abusing returns or buyer/seller protections;
• manipulating bidding, prices, feedback, search or ranking, or reviews (including shill bidding, review swaps, or operating multiple accounts)
• displaying, importing or exporting feedback information or using it for purposes unrelated to Tise; or
• taking steps to circumvent fees or complete transactions off the Tise platform.

Treating the Tise platform and Tise users with disrespect

Tise is a community built on connection and trust. To keep it that way, please avoid the following behaviors:

• posting harmful content (including content targeting or endangering children), hate or harassment, doxxing, spam, or explicit sexual content;
• posting false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory or offensive content;
• uploading malware or phishing links;
• attempting to access accounts without permission;
• bypassing rate limits or technical protections;
• scraping, use bots, reverse engineer, or use unauthorised API clients;
• collecting, publishing, selling, or misusing others' personal data, or sending unsolicited marketing;
• creating new accounts or using other existing accounts to evade enforcement or use the services of Tise and/ or its related bodies corporate if ineligible under our policies;
• interfering with the operation or other users' enjoyment of the service of Tise and/ or its related bodies corporate; or
• acting in any way that conflicts with our policies.
