Terms for Tise Vouchers

These terms apply to the promotional voucher shown in the offer you received.

  1. The voucher is valid only for a purchase:
    • made through Tise.com or the Tise app in the Tise region(s) specified in the offer;
    • using the Tise account to which the voucher was issued;
    • priced in the voucher’s currency, and paid using a payment method available at checkout where applicable; and
    • meeting the conditions shown in the applicable voucher offer.
  2. The following also applies:
    • Validity period: The voucher may be used until the date shown in the offer or in your Tise account.
    • Discount: The applicable discount is shown in the offer.
    • What the discount covers: The discount applies to the item price, Tise fees and shipping costs.
    • Eligible purchases: The voucher may be used only for purchases that meet the conditions shown in the offer. Some cross-border purchases may be excluded. Any applicable restriction will be shown before you complete your purchase.
    • Redemptions: Each voucher may be redeemed once. Only one voucher may be used per purchase.
    • Unused discount: If the purchase total is lower than the discount, the unused part of the discount expires. It cannot be saved, transferred or paid out.
  3. The voucher code and applicable discount are shown in the offer you received. Only the voucher issued to you may be used.
  4. The voucher is non-transferable. It cannot be shared, sold or assigned to another person. The discount will be applied when you enter or select the voucher during checkout.
  5. This does not affect any rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
  6. When you redeem a voucher on Tise, the following additional terms apply:
    • the purchase must comply with the Tise Terms of Service and Tise Policies;
    • the voucher is provided free of charge and cannot be bought, topped up or reloaded;
    • the voucher cannot be combined with another voucher;
    • the voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or used outside Tise; and
    • attempts to obtain a cash payment or otherwise misuse the voucher are prohibited.
  7. For the EU, eBay GmbH, Albert-Einstein-Ring 26, 14532 Kleinmachnow, Germany, is responsible for issuing the voucher.

For Norway, eBay Marketplaces GmbH, Helvetiastrasse 15/17, CH-3005 Bern, Switzerland is responsible for issuing the voucher.
