Terms and Conditions for Tise Paid Promotions (Australia)

If you decide to use Tise Paid Promotions, you're agreeing to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and Tise's User Terms of Service and all applicable policies.

1. What is Tise Paid Promotions?

By paying a fee, you can use Tise Paid Promotions to turn your tise into a paid ad. A Tise Paid Promotion lets you boost your tise so more people can see it. Tise does not guarantee that if a user views or clicks on a Paid Promotion that the item will be sold.

2. Who can use Tise Paid Promotions?

Anyone who sells on Tise can use Tise Paid Promotions. To access this feature, you need to create a Tise account. Once your account is set up, you can buy and manage Paid Promotions through your Tise account on the Tise app or website.

3. Who pays for Tise Paid Promotions?

The seller pays the Tise Paid Promotion fee (inclusive of GST). Unless otherwise stated, the Tise Paid Promotions fee is in Australian Dollars. The fee must be paid whether the tise sells or not. Please see the Tise User Terms of Service for more information.

4. Types of Tise Paid Promotions

You can choose the type of Paid Promotion you wish to use for your tise. The type of Paid Promotions that are available, their features, duration and pricing may change from time to time. By purchasing a Paid Promotion, you agree to the applicable fee (inclusive of GST), features and duration that apply. You will be able to review the Paid Promotion fee payable before you buy the Paid Promotion and you will receive a confirmation and receipt. 5. Additional terms

We may amend these Terms (including and not limited to the Paid Promotions features, Paid Promotions placement on the app and website and Paid Promotions fees) at any time. We will notify you of any material amendments to these Terms directly to the email address linked to your account, and/ or via in-app notification. If you keep using the Tise Paid Promotions feature after the effective date of a change, you are accepting the change.

All tises, including Tise Paid Promotions, must comply with the Tise User Terms of Service. Tise Paid Promotions cannot include content that breaches these Terms, the Tise User Terms of Service or any applicable policies. Please see the Tise User Terms of Service for more information. If you breach these Terms, you may lose your ability to use Tise Paid Promotions and Tise may take further action in accordance with the Tise User Terms of Service. Tise may reject or remove any Paid Promotion tise for any reason. If this occurs, Paid Promotion fees will not be refunded to the payer.

The provisions of the Tise Privacy Notice apply to your use of Tise Paid Promotions. You should refer to this policy for details of how we collect and use your data and your rights in respect of the same.

You are responsible for ensuring that all your tises comply with all applicable Australian laws and regulations.
