Re-tise Terms and Conditions

If you decide to use Re-tise, you're agreeing to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") Tise's User Terms of Service and all applicable policies.

1. Using Re-tise features

  1. As a buyer, whenever you make a purchase on Tise, the name, description, details and images associated with the item you purchased will be saved in Your Wardrobe. These saved details may later be used to pre-populate a draft tise if you choose to sell the item again using Re-tise.
  2. As a seller, whenever you create a new tise, the name, description, details and images you upload may be stored by Tise in accordance with the Tise User Terms of Service. If you provide consent when you create your listing, you acknowledge and agree to your photos being made available to the buyer to use when they re-tise the item.

2. Your responsibility for the accuracy of your listing

  1. You acknowledge and agree that the details Tise saves for you in Your Wardrobe (including the item name, description, details and images) assist you to create a pre-populated draft tise for an item, are for your convenience only and are saved at the time you made the relevant purchase on Tise. You are solely responsible for updating any details of the pre-populated draft tise for that item to ensure they are accurate and not misleading or deceptive at the time you choose to re-sell the item(s) on Tise, including by adding any photographs of the item(s) in their current condition.
  2. All tises and re-tises must comply with the Tise's User Terms of Service and policies. If you breach any applicable terms or policies, you may lose your ability to use Re-tise and Tise may take further action in accordance with the Tise User Terms of Service.

3. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you expressly understand and agree that in no event will Tise, its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, agents, suppliers or independent contractors (the "Disclaiming Entities") be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, consequential or exemplary damages or loss, including but not limited to, damages for interruption, loss of income, business, profits, goodwill, use, data, savings or other pecuniary or intangible losses, however caused and under any theory of liability (including negligence), whether such damages are alleged in tort, contract, or any other legal or equitable theory, and whether or not any of the Disclaiming Entities has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Under all circumstances, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the maximum aggregate liability of the Disclaiming Entities, including Tise, its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and advisors, arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Re-tise, will not exceed $250.

4. Use at your own risk

Your use of Re-tise is at your sole risk. Re-tise is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory.

5. No representation regarding Re-tise

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tise and the Disclaiming Entities make no representation or warranty of any kind whatsoever for the content, materials, information, and/or functions available through Re-tise, or for any breach of security associated with the transmission of information (including sensitive information) through Re-tise.

6. Errors and inaccuracies

Any reliance on the material or information made available through Re-tise is at your own risk. We do not warrant that Re-tise will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any errors will be corrected.

7. Additional terms

  1. Tise may, in its sole discretion, assign its rights and obligations under this agreement, either wholly or in part, to another Tise entity, affiliate, related body corporate or a third party.
  2. We may amend these Terms (including and not limited to the Re-tise features) at any time. We will notify you of any material amendments to these Terms directly to the email address linked to your account, and/ or via in-app notification. If you keep using Re-tise after the effective date of a change, you are accepting the change.
  3. Except as stated elsewhere, all amended terms and changes will automatically be effective after they are published.
  4. The provisions of the Tise Privacy Notice apply to your use of Re-tise. You should refer to this policy for details of how we collect and use your data and your rights in respect of the same.
  5. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
